No Refunds: Once payment is received, we do not offer any refunds. All sales are final.

Payment Options: We offer two methods of payment for our subscription services:

1. Direct Payment: Clients can choose to pay on a monthly, annual, or other agreed-upon basis.
2. Recurring Payment: Clients may set up a recurring payment schedule, which can also be monthly, annually, or based on another agreed-upon period.

Subscription Terms: Regardless of the payment method selected, all subscriptions are non-refundable. Clients are encouraged to review their subscription terms before making a payment.

Cancellation and Termination:

• Clients may cancel their subscription at any time; however, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription.
• It is the client’s responsibility to notify us of any termination of services or cancellation of subscriptions. For recurring subscriptions, clients must unsubscribe themselves through the system where they set the subscription.
• If you encounter any difficulties unsubscribing through the system, you must notify us by email at least 7 working days prior to the next billing date. If you fail to do so, the payment may still proceed, and no refund will be available.
• If, for any reason, your cancellation instructions fail to reach us, leading to further recurring payments, one payment term (depending on the recurring payment schedule, which can be monthly, annually, or based on another agreed-upon period) may be considered for a refund at our discretion. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that cancellation instructions reach us before the next recurring payment is due.
